The Steam Gift Card 40 GBP is a digital Steam Wallet code that adds £40 to a Steam account using British pounds. It is a mid-range top-up that suits players who want to buy a mid-priced game, a few smaller titles, or a game plus its DLC.
Once redeemed, the funds sit in your Steam Wallet and can be used across the Steam Store. That includes games, DLC, software, in-game items, and purchases on the Steam Community Market. Steam Wallet funds do not expire, so you can save the balance for a seasonal sale.
This card is meant for UK Steam accounts with a GBP wallet. Steam Wallet codes are tied to a currency and region, so make sure your Steam account is set to the United Kingdom before you buy.
To redeem, open Steam and choose Games, then Redeem a Steam Wallet Code. You can also redeem it on the Steam website from your account details page. The £40 is credited immediately.
