Worshippers of Cthulhu is a city-building strategy game developed by Crazy Goat Games and published by Crytivo. It released on PC on May 22, 2025, and an Xbox Series X|S version followed on March 27, 2026.

You lead the Cult of Cthulhu and decide the role of every follower: whether they work, fight or devote their lives to dark rituals. Day to day, you manage production chains, assign your workforce, proclaim dogmas and announce celebrations, all while working toward one goal, awakening your god.

Rituals are the main progression system. Performing them unlocks new knowledge and supernatural blessings, which you use to grow your power and expand your cities. Ruins take up valuable space and must be dealt with as your settlements spread, and only a strong, well-organized cult can attempt the final awakening.

The setting is a Lovecraftian world you uncover piece by piece. You start with little knowledge of your surroundings and expand across multiple islands. Non-believers are a source of land, resources and labor, and you can conquer, pillage, sacrifice or convert them. It is a single-player game.

Worshippers of Cthulhu suits city-builder fans who want a darker theme, players who enjoy Lovecraft's cosmic horror and anyone who likes managing production chains with a strategic twist.
