WILD HEARTS challenges the dominance of the monster-hunting genre by introducing a fast-paced, inventive building mechanic. In the world of Azuma, the Kemono have begun to run rampant, altering the environment to their whims. As a hunter, you wield the power of the Karakuri to level the playing field.
Master the Karakuri: Go beyond simple combat by building complex structures on the fly. Construct gliders to soar over enemies, massive walls to block charges, or giant mallets to crush your prey.
A Living, Seasonal World: Explore four distinct hunting grounds, each themed after a different season. From the cherry blossoms of Spring to the frozen wastes of Winter, the environment is as much of a threat as the monsters themselves.
Diverse Weaponry: Choose from eight distinct weapon types, including the versatile Karakuri Katana, the heavy-hitting Maul, and the elegant, defensive Bladed Wagasa.
Strategic Hunting: Study Kemono behaviors and use the right combination of weapons and Karakuri to exploit their weaknesses.
Pack Hunting: Seamlessly join forces with up to two other players through cross-play, allowing for complex team strategies and shared construction.
Gear Progression: Defeat Kemono to gather rare materials, then forge increasingly powerful armor and weapons to take on even deadlier threats.
Persistent Fortifications: The Karakuri you build in the world—like ziplines, camps, and towers—stay in your world, allowing you to permanently change how you navigate the landscape.
