Warcraft III: Reforged is a full remake of the original Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos and its expansion, The Frozen Throne, developed and published by Blizzard Entertainment. Released on January 28, 2020, the game keeps the original RTS gameplay intact while adding upgraded graphics, modern online features, and an improved World Editor.
The game puts you in command of four unique factions: Humans, Orcs, Night Elves, and Undead across a massive single-player campaign with over 60 missions. You gather resources, build a base, recruit powerful heroes, and lead your armies to destroy the enemy. Heroes are a key part of the experience; they level up, learn spells, carry items, and can be revived if they fall in battle.
Warcraft III is also famous for its multiplayer and custom maps, which gave birth to entire game genres like MOBAs (think Dota) and Tower Defense. The Reforged version brings these back with modern matchmaking, updated UI, and full Battle.net integration. Whether you are a returning fan or a first-time player, this is a rich and deep strategy game with hundreds of hours of content.
