Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars is an RPG set in a world of swords and sorcery, with every part of the experience told through cards. On PS4, the game follows a self-proclaimed hero and their companions as they set out to defeat a newly awakened dragon, with the story guided by a game master-style narrator.
The game stands out because it uses a tabletop RPG presentation for the world map, combat, menus, and story delivery. It was created by Square Enix with creative talent including Yoko Taro, Keiichi Okabe, and Kimihiko Fujisaka, which gives it a strong artistic identity and a nostalgic feel. The PS4 version is digital and supports offline play with one player, making it a focused single-player RPG experience.
The game is a good fit for players who enjoy unusual JRPGs, card-based presentation, and story-led progression. Compare PS4 prices from verified retailers on CDKeyCompares before you buy.
