Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint is a tactical third-person shooter developed by Ubisoft Paris and published by Ubisoft. It released on October 4, 2019 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, and follows Ghost Recon Wildlands.

You play as Nomad, a Ghost stranded on Auroa, a fictional archipelago in the Pacific. A rogue unit called the Wolves, led by former Ghost Cole D. Walker, has taken control of the islands and their drone technology.

Survival is part of the loop. You manage injuries, use camouflage, and plan approaches with stealth, long-range shots, or full assaults. Classes, gear, and skill points let you build your own playstyle.

The campaign can be played solo, with AI teammates added in a later update, or in four-player online co-op. Ghost War offers competitive 4v4 PvP, and Immersive Mode settings let you tune HUD and loot for a more grounded experience.

Auroa covers several biomes, from snowy mountains to swamps and forests, and you can travel by car, helicopter, or boat. Gear has a level score in the default mode, while Immersive Mode can remove that system for players who prefer a more traditional shooter.
