This War of Mine is a war survival simulation developed and published by 11 bit studios.

Unlike traditional war games that focus on soldiers and combat, This War of Mine places players in control of ordinary civilians trapped inside a city devastated by conflict. Players must manage a small group of survivors trying to stay alive by scavenging supplies, crafting tools, treating injuries, defending shelters, and coping with emotional trauma.

The game features a day-and-night cycle where players maintain their shelter during the day and venture into dangerous locations at night to gather food, medicine, weapons, and resources. Every decision carries moral consequences, forcing players to choose between survival and humanity in desperate situations.

Inspired by real-world wartime events and humanitarian crises, This War of Mine received widespread critical acclaim for its emotional storytelling, atmospheric presentation, realistic survival mechanics, and thought-provoking themes about the civilian cost of war.
