What is The Isle Steam Account?

This listing is for a Steam account that already has The Isle in its library, not a Steam key. Instead of redeeming a code on your own account, you receive login details for a separate Steam account that owns the game. Account offers are usually cheaper than keys, but they work very differently, so it is worth understanding the trade-offs before you buy.

The Isle is an open-world survival game developed and published by Afterthought LLC. It has been in Steam Early Access since December 2015. Players take control of a dinosaur on a hostile island and must hunt, find water, grow, and avoid becoming prey. The game is known for its punishing, realistic approach to survival and its large multiplayer servers.

With an account purchase, the game stays tied to the seller-provided account. You will need to log in to that account to play, and your progress and purchases stay there rather than on your main profile. Some sellers allow you to change the email and password; others do not, so check the listing details.

Be aware that Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement does not permit selling or transferring Steam accounts. Account purchases therefore carry a risk that the account could be recovered by its original owner or restricted. If you prefer the game on your own profile, look for a Steam key listing instead. Our guide on what to do if a purchase doesn't work explains how to raise problems with a seller.
