The Casting of Frank Stone is a spine-chilling, single-player interactive narrative horror game developed by the storytelling experts at Supermassive Games (creators of Until Dawn) and published by Behaviour Interactive. Set within the expanded lore of the immensely popular multiplayer universe of Dead by Daylight, the story unfolds in the eerie town of Cedar Hills, Oregon, where the brutal legacy of a sadistic serial killer named Frank Stone alters reality itself.
The game follows a group of young, aspiring filmmakers during the summer of 1980 who sneak into an abandoned steel mill to shoot their passion project, "Murder Mill." What they capture on their 16mm camera, however, unleashes a cosmic nightmare. Players steer the story through complex choices, branching timelines, environmental puzzles, and tense quick-time events where every single character's life or death rests on your split-second decisions.
