Temtem is an online multiplayer creature-collection RPG developed by Crema. After a long Early Access period, it fully launched on September 6, 2022 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch. Steam currently lists Balor Games as the publisher.

You become a Temtem tamer and explore the floating islands of the Airborne Archipelago. Along the way you catch new creatures, train your squad, beat Dojo Leaders and stop the schemes of Clan Belsoto in the story campaign.

Battles are turn-based and use double battles, so you plan around two Temtem at once. Breeding, rare Luma variants and challenging Lairs give dedicated players long-term goals beyond the main story.

The world is always online, so you see other tamers around you. You can team up with a friend at any time for co-op double battles, trade Temtem, battle other players and buy and decorate your own house at Atoll Row. Cross-platform play links all supported systems.

It suits fans of monster-catching RPGs who want stronger online and co-op features, and players looking for a long creature-collection adventure to share with friends. Because the game is online-only, it works best for players who are happy to be connected while they play and enjoy seeing other tamers around the world.
