Rolling Hills: Make Sushi, Make Friends is a cozy restaurant management and life simulation game developed by Catch & Release and published by Balor Games. It was released on June 4, 2024 for PC and Xbox One. On Steam the game is currently listed as Rolling Hills: Cozy Sushi Restaurant.

You play as Sushi Bot, a robot chef running a small sushi shop in a sleepy town. Each shift you take orders and serve dishes quickly to earn coins and a better rating. Between shifts you collect and upgrade recipes and spend your earnings on furniture.

Decoration is more than looks. Furniture pieces grant practical bonuses that help service run faster, so the layout of your dining room shapes how each day plays out. Special abilities, such as a helper mini-robot or the power to stop time, help during busy rushes.

Outside the kitchen you meet neighbors and build friendships through quests. The town is watched over by mysterious spirits, and helping them opens otherworldly challenges, including an underwater restaurant, while bringing Rolling Hills back to life.

The game is single-player and played at a relaxed pace. It suits fans of cozy games, light time management, and character-driven stories more than players looking for a demanding business sim. Full controller support on PC makes it comfortable to play from the couch.
