Developed by Slant Six Games in collaboration with Capcom, Operation Raccoon City shifts the series' focus from survival horror to fast-paced, team-oriented action. Set during the timelines of Resident Evil 2 and 3, players control the elite "Wolfpack" unit. The game features a unique "three-cornered fight" mechanic where you must simultaneously battle U.S. Special Ops and the bio-organic weapons (B.O.W.s) roaming the city. The narrative offers a non-canonical twist, allowing players to interact with—and potentially eliminate—iconic series heroes like Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield.
Squad-Based Campaign: Play through a gritty campaign solo with AI or with up to three friends in 4-player online co-op.
Three-Way Conflict: Navigate intense battlefields where Umbrella forces, Special Ops, and hordes of zombies/B.O.W.s clash at once.
Iconic Classes: Choose from six distinct characters, each with unique roles such as Medic, Demolitionist, or Surveillance expert.
Infection Mechanic: Beware the T-Virus; if bitten, your health drains until you turn into a zombie, forcing your teammates to take you down unless you find an anti-viral spray.
Classic Enemies: Face off against legendary monsters including Lickers, Hunters, and the relentless Tyrant (Mr. X).
