Persona 3 Reload is a ground-up remake of ATLUS's 2006 JRPG Persona 3, published by SEGA and released on February 1, 2024 for PC, PlayStation and Xbox. It holds a Metacritic score of 89 on PC. You play a transfer student who discovers the Dark Hour, a hidden hour between one day and the next when Shadows roam and most people turn into coffins. Awakening the power of Persona, you join SEES and climb the tower of Tartarus to uncover the truth behind it.
The structure splits each in-game day. During daylight you attend school, take on activities around Port Island and build social links with classmates and locals, which strengthen the Personas you can fuse. At night you lead a party through turn-based battles that reward hitting weaknesses. The remake adds new scenes and character interactions, extra voiceover, modern quality-of-life features and the stylish UI that fans of Persona 5 Royal will recognize. The Expansion Pass adds the Episode Aigis -The Answer- epilogue.
It is a strong entry point for newcomers and a polished return for veterans of Persona 4 Golden. Buying a Persona 3 Reload CD key is a cheap way to own one of the most influential JRPGs in the series.
