Pathologic 2 is a narrative-driven psychological survival RPG developed by Ice-Pick Lodge and published by tinyBuild. Rather than a traditional sequel, it acts as a complete, highly ambitious reimagining of the cult-classic 2005 original. Players assume the role of Artemy Burakh, a brilliant surgeon known as the Haruspex, who returns to his isolated, surreal hometown in the rural steppes only to find his father murdered and a mysterious, supernatural plague known as the "Sand Pest" wiping out the population.
You have exactly 12 days to save the town, but time is your worst enemy. The game is an unforgiving simulation of societal collapse where the town changes dynamically around you every hour. You must balance your own survival mechanics—hunger, thirst, exhaustion, and immunity—while managing micro-economies, performing gruesome surgeries, and making agonizing moral choices. By purchasing a digital Pathologic 2 CD key through our real-time price grid, you bypass high launch markup and step into this unforgettable macabre masterpiece.
The Unforgiving 12-Day Clock: Experience a real-time, dynamic survival simulation where hours tick away relentlessly and quests or NPCs disappear if you arrive too late.

Visceral Medical Simulation: Conduct grim diagnostics, harvest organs, concoct custom herbal immunity tinctures, and perform complex surgeries to keep key citizens alive.
Oppressive, Dreamlike Atmosphere: Immerse yourself in a hauntingly written, highly theatrical script layered with bizarre local lore, regional steppe mysticism, and dark psychological horror.
