Developed and published by the horror veterans at Red Barrels, Outlast: Whistleblower is the critically acclaimed prequel and sequel expansion to the definitive first-person survival horror game, Outlast. While the base game followed journalist Miles Upshur, Whistleblower puts you in the shoes of Waylon Park, the internal corporate whistleblower who sent Miles that fateful email. Trapped deep inside the underground labs of the Mount Massive Asylum, Waylon's identity is discovered by the ruthless Murkoff executives, who throw him directly into the facility as a test subject.
The game's timeline masterfully overlaps with the original game, filling in crucial narrative gaps regarding the asylum's breakdown and extending past the base game's ending to show the true aftermath of the containment breach. Stripped of any weapons or defense, your only tool for survival is a handheld camcorder equipped with a night-vision filter. Snagging an Outlast: Whistleblower CD key through Cdkeycompares allows you to complete one of the most intense, pulse-pounding horror stories in gaming history at an absolute bargain.
