Oddsparks: An Automation Adventure is an automation and real-time strategy game developed by Massive Miniteam and published by THQ Nordic's mobile and indie label, formerly HandyGames. The full 1.0 version launched on PC on May 27, 2025, and the official site also lists PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions.
Instead of conveyor belts, you rely on Sparks, small odd creatures that carry, craft and fight for you. You design workshops, assign Sparks to jobs and manage their traffic, which turns logistics into a puzzle about distance, elevation and flow. Your Sparks can even produce more Sparks.
As the factory grows, tools get deeper. An advanced logic system adds sensors, wires, gates and switches, and an elevated Spark train network carries goods over long distances and mountains. Base defenses protect your workshops from waves of corruption.
Exploration balances the building. Procedurally generated worlds hold distinct biomes, forgotten ruins and unusual enemies such as Spunnies and Beelephants. Quests from fellow villagers unlock new buildings, and your cozy village grows as you progress.
You can play solo or in online co-op. The developer officially supports up to four players with simple host-and-join sessions, and notes that the cap is not a hard limit.
It suits automation newcomers looking for a friendly entry point, and genre veterans of games like Satisfactory or Factorio who want a fresh twist.
Activation: PC keys activate on Steam. Console codes redeem on PlayStation Network or a Microsoft account.
Editions: A Deluxe Edition and a Deluxe Upgrade add extra content; DLC packs such as Coaster Rush need the base game.
Co-op: Online co-op uses a simple host-and-join system, so friends can drop into your world at any time.
Before you buy, check the activation platform and region on each offer, and read how to activate your CD key if you are new to digital keys. More details are on the official Oddsparks website.
