Marvel's Midnight Suns is a tactical role-playing game developed by Firaxis Games, the studio behind XCOM, and published by 2K. It launched on December 2, 2022 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, with PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions arriving in May 2023.

You play as the Hunter, a customizable demon slayer brought back to life to stop Lilith, the Mother of Demons. Heroes such as Iron Man, Wolverine, Captain Marvel, Blade, and Doctor Strange join the fight alongside the Midnight Suns.

Battles are turn-based and card-driven. Each hero brings a deck of abilities, and you play cards, use the environment, and chain moves to defeat enemies in small arenas. Heroism points earned from attacks power stronger moves, and you can also knock enemies into hazards or explosive objects. Upgrading and modding cards lets you shape each hero's role.

Between missions you live at the Abbey, a hub where you explore the grounds, train, upgrade gear, and spend time with teammates. Friendships with heroes unlock new abilities and bonuses in combat. You can also research items, craft cards, and choose light or dark responses that shape how the Hunter develops.

The game is single-player and suits fans of tactics games, deck builders, and Marvel stories who enjoy a slower, relationship-focused campaign with plenty of hero banter.
