What is Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don't Dry?

Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don't Dry is a comedy point-and-click adventure developed by German studio CrazyBunch and published by Assemble Entertainment. It launched on Steam for Windows and macOS on November 7, 2018, and later came to PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. It revives the long-running adult comedy series by sending its hero, Larry Laffer, straight from the end of the 1980s into the 21st century.

Larry's old-school view of dating collides with smartphones, social media and tech giants. He falls for Faith, the assistant to the boss of a global tech firm called Prune, and to get close to her he must raise his score on Timber, an in-game dating app. You explore a non-linear world of more than 30 hand-drawn locations, talk to over 30 characters, collect items and solve classic inventory puzzles. The writing parodies modern tech culture and expects players who are comfortable with crude, adult humor.

The game holds a Metacritic score of 72 and suits fans of Sierra-style adventures and comedy games. Two extras, a soundtrack and a digital artbook, are sold as DLC. A sequel, Wet Dreams Dry Twice, continues the story.
