Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris is an action-adventure game developed by Crystal Dynamics and published by Square Enix.

The game serves as the sequel to Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light and continues the spin-off Lara Croft series separate from the modern Tomb Raider reboot trilogy. Set within the deserts and ancient tombs of Egypt, Lara joins forces with rival treasure hunter Carter Bell and the gods Horus and Isis to prevent the resurrection of the evil deity Set.

Unlike traditional Tomb Raider games, Temple of Osiris uses an isometric camera perspective and focuses heavily on arcade-style action, puzzle-solving, exploration, and cooperative gameplay. Players battle mythical creatures, avoid deadly traps, uncover hidden treasures, and solve environmental puzzles while progressing through ancient temples.

One of the game's standout features is its four-player co-op mode, allowing friends to play together locally or online. Each character possesses unique abilities that are often required to solve puzzles and reach secret areas. The game also includes competitive elements where players can compete for treasure, artifacts, and high scores during cooperative sessions.

While reception was mixed overall, many players praised the game's cooperative gameplay, puzzle design, and Egyptian mythology setting. Community discussions frequently highlight that the experience becomes significantly more enjoyable when played with friends.
