Jump Force is a fighting game where two teams of three fighters fight each other. You can control one fighter at once and switch them when needed. The other characters act as backups and help you with special attacks and combos. This game is split into two rounds, and whoever wins both rounds wins the game.
The core gameplay uses simple attack combos, special "J-Skills," and character-specific abilities that stay true to each hero's manga background, such as Goku's energy blasts or Luffy's rubber punches. The game includes a story mode where players build a custom avatar, level it up, unlock J-Skills, and buy outfits from the roster, alongside online PvP matches and local multiplayer.
This title is aimed at anime and manga fans who enjoy casual, spectacle-driven fighting games rather than deep, technical fighting mechanics. Its biggest strength is the roster size, featuring over 40 characters from more than a dozen manga series in one game. Jump Force is available on PC (Steam), PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and later received a Nintendo Switch version.
