Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel is a roguelike horde-survivor action game developed by Games Farm and ARTillery and published by Grindstone. After a period in Early Access, the full version launched on September 3, 2025 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

Each run drops you into a hostile realm of the Nine Worlds with a single hero. Enemies arrive in growing waves, and you move, dodge, and attack to stay alive while collecting experience. Runs end with a powerful boss, and clearing them earns rewards for the next attempt.

The core hook is the Divine Blessings system. As you level up during a run, ancient Viking deities offer blessings that change your attacks and abilities, so every run can build toward a different playstyle. Optional objectives and side missions add extra rewards and risk along the way.

Between runs, a meta-progression system unlocks perks, skills, weapons, and new heroes. Each hero has unique abilities and gear, which encourages experimenting with different builds. The game is mainly a solo experience, and Steam also lists local shared-screen co-op support.

Jotunnslayer suits players who enjoy survivor-style games but want more detailed 3D visuals, a Viking mythology setting, and build variety. Short runs make it easy to play in brief sessions, while bosses and higher difficulty levels give experienced players a real challenge.
