Harold Halibut is a narrative adventure game developed and published by Slow Bros., released on April 16, 2024. Every set, prop and character was physically sculpted and built using traditional model-making techniques, then brought into the game, which gives it the look of a stop-motion film. The story is set aboard the FEDORA I, an ark-like spaceship that fled a Cold War-era Earth 250 years ago and now sits submerged in the ocean of an alien planet.
You play Harold, a young lab assistant to the ship's lead scientist, Jeanne Mareaux, who is still trying to relaunch the ship. Gameplay centers on exploring the ship, running errands and talking with its residents, each with their own quirks and stories. A chance encounter pulls Harold into events that could change Mareaux's plans. Every character has full English voice acting. A Harold Halibut CD key unlocks the game on Steam for Windows and macOS, and the game also launched on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
