Set 100 years after the events of the original cult classic, Hand of Fate 2 finds the world drastically altered. The original protagonist has become a corrupted, tyrannical immortal ruler, and the mysterious Dealer has returned from the brink of defeat to train a brand-new champion—you—to overthrow him.
By purchasing a Hand of Fate 2 digital key, you enter a highly strategic table-top simulation. The game features a 22-level campaign mode where each stage has entirely distinct victory conditions, such as gathering a specific amount of gold before a famine strikes or escorting a cursed noble across a dangerous map.
The core gameplay loop is beautifully split into two distinct layers. On the tabletop layout, you move your token across a map made of face-down cards, turning them over to reveal merchant deals, traps, or ambush scenarios. When an encounter triggers a battle, the board dissolves and you drop directly into real-time 3D combat fields. Wielding swords, dual daggers, or heavy two-handed hammers, you must fluidly block, parry, and counter hordes of corrupted soldiers, thieves, and mutant monsters.
