Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition is Rockstar Games' remastered collection of the three PlayStation 2-era Grand Theft Auto games. Adapted by Grove Street Games and released on November 11, 2021, it brings Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas to PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
Each game keeps its original story and open-world structure. GTA III follows a betrayed criminal through Liberty City. Vice City drops you into a neon-lit 1980s Miami pastiche as Tommy Vercetti. San Andreas sends Carl "CJ" Johnson home to Los Santos in the early 1990s, where a pair of corrupt cops frame him for homicide and push him across the whole state. The remaster adds new lighting, environmental upgrades, high-resolution textures, increased draw distance and Grand Theft Auto V-style controls and targeting. A Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition CD key suits fans revisiting the classics and newcomers who started with Grand Theft Auto V. See the official Rockstar Games page for full details.
