Developed by Keen Games (the creators of Portal Knights), Enshrouded combines deep voxel-based building, challenging "Souls-lite" combat, and extensive survival mechanics. The kingdom of Embervale has been consumed by the Shroud—a ruinous pestilence unleashed by your ancestors. You begin with nothing and must forage, craft, and fight to grow your power. The game’s proprietary Holistic Engine allows for total terrain manipulation, letting you tunnel through mountains or build soaring castles. With a non-linear skill tree and multiple archetypes (Warrior, Ranger, Wizard), you can fully customize your character's path as you uncover the secrets of a dying race.
Best-in-Class Voxel Building: Use powerful tools to build grand halls and settlements, or terraform the environment to your advantage.
Physics-Based Traversal: Unlock the Glider and Grappling Hook to navigate the vertical landscapes and soar over the deadly Shroud.
Epic 16-Player Co-op: Join forces in massive multiplayer sessions where you can share resources, build together, and raid high-level dungeons.
Dynamic Archetype System: Specialize in Melee, Magic, or Ranged combat with a massive skill tree that allows for multi-class builds like the Battlemage or Barbarian.
The Shroud Mechanic: Enter dangerous fog-filled areas where time is limited and the enemies are relentless, all for the chance at legendary loot.
