Developed by Square Enix and Koei Tecmo, Dragon Quest Builders 2 is a brilliant hybrid experience that masterfully blends the block-by-block crafting freedom of Minecraft with the rich storytelling and leveling systems of a classic Dragon Quest JRPG. Serving as a standalone sequel, the game takes place in a world threatened by the Children of Hargon—a malicious cult determined to eradicate all forms of creation, building, and cooking. You take on the role of an apprentice Builder who washes ashore on the deserted Isle of Awakening. Alongside Malroth—a mysterious, aggressive youth with no memory of his past—you will travel to diverse neighboring islands to restore ruined communities. The game features huge quality-of-life upgrades over its predecessor, introducing underwater diving, gliding across landscapes, first-person perspective building, and a robust 4-player online co-op mode. Grabbing a digital Dragon Quest Builders 2 key through Cdkeycompares gets you instant access to this massive cozy sandbox at a fraction of standard marketplace costs.
