Diablo Prime Evil Collection is an action RPG bundle developed and published by Blizzard Entertainment. It released on September 23, 2021 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch, the same day Diablo II: Resurrected launched.
The bundle contains two complete games. Diablo II: Resurrected is a remaster of the 2000 classic and its Lord of Destruction expansion, with rebuilt 3D visuals and the option to switch back to the original graphics at any time. Diablo III: Eternal Collection includes Diablo III, the Reaper of Souls expansion, and the Rise of the Necromancer pack.
Both games follow the classic Diablo loop: pick a class, fight through demon-filled dungeons, collect loot, and build your character with skills and better gear. Diablo II offers deeper, slower progression with skill trees and runewords, while Diablo III is faster, with Adventure Mode, Nephalem Rifts, and seasonal play.
Multiplayer is a major draw. Diablo II: Resurrected supports up to eight players online, and Diablo III supports up to four players online or in local couch co-op on one screen. Online play on consoles needs PlayStation Plus, an Xbox Game Pass membership, or Nintendo Switch Online. The bundle also adds Diablo III cosmetic bonuses: the Hatred's Grasp wings and a Mephisto pet.
Diablo Prime Evil Collection suits console players who want two complete Diablo games in one purchase, loot-driven RPG fans, and friends looking for couch or online co-op.
PlayStation: PS4 and PS5 codes redeem on PlayStation Network. Check whether a listing is for PS4, PS5, or both.
Xbox and Switch: Xbox codes redeem on a Microsoft account and Switch codes on the Nintendo eShop. The Switch download is about 25 GB.
No PC version: This bundle is console-only. On PC, Diablo II: Resurrected and Diablo III are sold separately on Battle.net.
