Released in 2013 (and remastered for PS4/Xbox One in 2015), Deadpool is a love letter to fans of Marvel’s most irreverent anti-hero. The game is a third-person brawler that allows you to swap seamlessly between dual katanas and various firearms. What sets it apart is the meta-narrative: Deadpool knows he is in a video game, frequently talks to the player, and even argues with the developers at High Moon Studios to "fix" the game as he plays it. While it may be hard to find at a low price in 2026 due to its "abandonware" status, it remains a cult classic for its humor and faithful portrayal of Wade Wilson.
Signature Deadpool Humor: Constant fourth-wall breaks, meta-commentary, and cameos from X-Men like Wolverine, Rogue, and Psylocke.
Dual Combat System: Switch instantly between fluid melee combos and fast-paced shooting mechanics.
Upgrade System: Earn "Deadpool Points" to unlock new weapons (like giant hammers or pulse rifles) and character abilities.
Mister Sinister Plot: Battle through iconic locations to stop Mister Sinister from cloning an army of mutants.
Iconic Voice Acting: Features the legendary Nolan North as the voice of Deadpool, perfectly capturing his manic energy.
