Name: Days Gone Remastered PS5 Account
Brand: Sony Interactive Entertainment
Availability: InStock

Question 1

What does a "PS5 Account" listing for Days Gone Remastered actually provide?

Accepted Answer

It typically means the seller supplies login access to a PlayStation Network account that already owns the game, rather than a redeemable digital code added to your own account. Retailer instructions commonly involve activating the supplied account as your primary PS4 console or enabling PS5 Console Sharing and Offline Play, which is a different arrangement from buying and redeeming your own copy.

Question 2

Is Days Gone Remastered available as a physical disc?

Accepted Answer

No. Bend Studio's official announcement states that Days Gone Remastered lands on PlayStation 5 as a digital-only title, so there is no boxed retail version; all legitimate purchases are digital, either through PlayStation Store directly or via a redeemable digital code from an authorised reseller.

Question 3

Can I upgrade from the PS4 version instead of buying a new account or code?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Players who already own Days Gone on PlayStation 4 can upgrade to Days Gone Remastered, including all new content and features, for $10 USD (or the regional equivalent) rather than paying the full $49.99 new-purchase price, provided the upgrade is completed on the PSN account that owns the original PS4 game.

Question 4

Does Days Gone Remastered support cross-save from the original PS4 version?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sony states that players can pick up where they left off on Days Gone for PS4, with PlayStation 4 console save data transferable to the PlayStation 5 console, easing the transition for returning players who already progressed through the original release.

Question 5

Is buying an "account" safer than buying a redeemable digital code?

Accepted Answer

Generally no. An account-sharing arrangement depends on continued access to third-party credentials and specific console-sharing settings, which is inherently less secure and less permanent than a code redeemed directly to your own PlayStation Network account through the official PlayStation Store. Prefer a standard redeemable digital code from a verified retailer whenever one is available for your region.
