What is Command & Conquer Remastered Collection?

Command & Conquer Remastered Collection is a real-time strategy bundle published by Electronic Arts and developed by Petroglyph Games, a studio founded by former Westwood Studios staff, with Lemon Sky Studios. It released for PC on June 5, 2020 and holds a Metacritic score of 82. The package contains the original Command & Conquer (Tiberian Dawn) and Red Alert, both rebuilt in 4K, plus the Covert Operations, Counterstrike and The Aftermath expansions.

The core gameplay is classic base-building RTS: harvest resources, build a base and train armies for the GDI, Nod, Allied or Soviet campaigns, across more than 100 missions. In solo play you can swap between the legacy and remastered graphics in real time. The collection adds a redesigned sidebar, unit queueing, custom hotkeys, a Map Editor with Steam Workshop mod support, rebuilt online multiplayer with 1v1 ranked Quickmatch, custom lobbies, replays and an observer mode, plus over 250 multiplayer maps. Composer Frank Klepacki contributes more than 7 hours of remastered music, and a bonus gallery holds over 4 hours of behind-the-scenes footage.

A Command & Conquer Remastered Collection CD key suits returning fans and newcomers to classic RTS alike. If you enjoy other modernized strategy classics such as Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition, this is a natural next pick. See the official Command & Conquer Remastered page for more.
