Chorus is a single-player space-combat shooter developed by Deep Silver Fishlabs and published by Deep Silver. It released on December 3, 2021 and holds a Metacritic score of 76 on PC. You play as Nara, once the deadliest warrior of a dark cult called the Circle and now its most wanted fugitive. Alongside Forsaken, her sentient starfighter, she sets out to unite resistance forces against the Circle and its leader, the Great Prophet.
Combat is fast and built around one ship rather than a fleet. You unlock and upgrade weapons, then master Forsaken's drift mechanic to slide and turn while keeping fire on targets. Nara's mind-bending abilities, including extra-sensory perception, teleportation and telekinesis, can be chained together to break through hordes of fighters and take down titanic battleships. Between fights you explore ancient temples, sprawling space stations and strange planes beyond normal reality. The official Chorus website has trailers and edition details.
Chorus suits players who miss story-led space shooters and want something more action-focused than a simulator. A Chorus CD key is often cheaper than the full store price, and our breakdown of CD keys vs official stores explains why. Compare offers below.
