BrokenLore: UNFOLLOW is a first-person psychological horror game developed by Serafini Productions and published by Shochiku. It launched in January 2026 for PC via Steam, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
You play as Anne, a young woman who has been a victim of online bullying, trapped in a surreal nightmare. Exploring twisted environments, solving puzzles and uncovering a dark mystery drive the experience, while hostile creatures stalk her through each area.
Each creature represents a different trauma from Anne's past, which ties the scares directly to the story. Her smartphone plays a central role, with several in-game functions that help you investigate and move forward.
The game tackles mental health, body dysmorphia, bullying and the influence of social media. Choices made along the way affect which of the multiple endings you reach, so a second playthrough can reveal more of the story.
BrokenLore: UNFOLLOW is a single-player experience with full English voice acting, featuring a cast that includes well-known content creators and voice actors.
Exploration and puzzle solving form most of the gameplay. You move through distorted places tied to Anne's memories, search for clues, use her phone, and decide how to react when creatures appear. The pacing favors slow-building tension, unsettling imagery and story revelations rather than constant fighting.
It suits fans of story-driven psychological horror who prefer atmosphere, symbolism and tension over action-heavy combat.
Activation: PC keys activate on Steam. Console versions are redeemed on PlayStation Network or a Microsoft account.
Editions: A Deluxe Pack is sold as separate DLC and requires the base game.
Prequel: BrokenLore: FOLLOW, released later in 2026, is a separate game sold with its own key.
Before you buy, check the activation platform and region on each offer, and read how to activate your CD key if you are new to digital keys. You can also visit the official Serafini Productions website for series news.
