Broken Age features an innovative narrative structure that allows you to switch between two protagonists at any time. Vella Tartine is a young woman chosen by her village to be sacrificed to a giant monster, while Shay Volta is a boy living a life of stifling safety on a spaceship controlled by an overprotective AI. Though their lives seem worlds apart, their journeys towards breaking free are deeply intertwined.
By purchasing a Broken Age digital key, you get the full experience (Acts 1 and 2). The game is renowned for its stunning "moving painting" art style, a whimsical yet emotional script, and an all-star voice cast including Elijah Wood, Jack Black, and Masasa Moyo.
