Battlefield 1 is a landmark first-person shooter developed by DICE and published by Electronic Arts. It redefined the series by focusing on the raw, mechanical warfare of the early 20th century.
War Stories Anthology: Instead of a single protagonist, the campaign features an anthology of personal stories from various fronts, including a British tank driver, an Italian mountaineer, and a Bedouin rebel.
The Behemoth System: When a team is falling behind, they gain access to a "Behemoth"—a massive, game-changing vehicle like the L30 Airship, an Armored Train, or a Dreadnought battleship.
Destruction Unleashed: Buildings crumble, fortifications shatter, and the earth itself is scarred by artillery craters, fundamentally changing the cover and layout of the map as the battle progresses.
Historical Authenticity: Master era-specific weaponry, from bolt-action service rifles and early submachine guns to trench clubs and poison gas.
64-Player Multiplayer: Charge into massive scale combat across iconic game modes like Conquest and Rush.
Operations Mode: Experience a series of interconnected battles across multiple maps where attackers try to push the frontline forward.
Specialized Classes: Choose from the revamped Assault, Medic, Support, and Scout classes, or take the helm as a dedicated Pilot or Tanker.
Elite Classes: Find powerful pick-up kits on the battlefield to become a heavily armored Sentry, a Tank Hunter, or a flamethrower-wielding Flame Trooper.
Revolution Edition: Many keys now sold are for the Revolution package, which includes the base game plus the Premium Pass (4 massive expansion packs) and hero-themed weapon sets.
