1348 Ex Voto is a cinematic action-adventure game developed by Sedleo and published by Dear Villagers. It was released on March 12, 2026 for PC and PlayStation 5.

The game is set in Italy in 1348, the year the Black Death swept through Europe. You play as Aeta, a young knight errant who sets out on a dangerous journey to find and rescue the person closest to her.

Combat centers on close-quarters swordplay, where timing, positioning, and reading enemy attacks matter. Between fights you travel through the medieval Italian countryside and its settlements while the story unfolds through cinematic scenes.

The story draws on chivalric tales and medieval history, and the visuals aim for a grounded look at a world shaken by plague. It is a single-player experience with accessibility options such as camera comfort settings, color alternatives, and custom volume controls.

An ex voto is a votive offering made to fulfill a vow, a title that reflects the religious atmosphere of the period. The game was first planned for Xbox Series X|S as well, but that version was cancelled before launch, and the developers focused on PC and PS5. A digital artbook was also released alongside the game for players interested in its art direction.

It suits players who enjoy narrative action games with a historical setting and grounded melee combat.
