112 Operator is an emergency services management simulator developed by Jutsu Games and published by Games Operators. It released on April 23, 2020 for Windows and macOS, followed by Nintendo Switch in 2021 and PlayStation 4 and Xbox in 2024. It is the sequel to 911 Operator.
You work as a dispatcher. Calls come in, you talk to callers, decide what kind of help is needed, and send police, firefighters, or paramedics to the scene. Some calls are pranks, others need you to guide a caller through first aid such as CPR while units are on the way.
Maps are built from real places. You can pick from over 100,000 areas, from small districts to large cities around the world. Weather, traffic, day and night, and changing seasons all affect what happens, and large wildfires can spread across whole areas and need dozens of units.
The Career mode follows your rise through the ranks in European cities, with objectives, emails, and a story. Special scenarios and a Free Game mode let you set your own rules in any city. As events grow, you can assign extra dispatchers to districts and command specialists such as SWAT teams and rescue helicopters.
It is a single-player game that suits players who like management sims, quick decisions under pressure, and seeing their own city on the map.
PC: PC keys activate on Steam, which includes Windows and macOS builds.
Consoles: Console versions are available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox, redeemed through the matching store account.
DLC: Expansions such as Facilities, Water Operations, and Pandemic Outbreak are sold separately and need the base game.
Before you buy, check the activation platform and region on each offer, then follow our guide on how to activate your CD key. Full details are on the official 112 Operator Steam page.
